Coupon codes can be redeemed on the Checkout Page. On the right-hand side of the checkout page, all your cart items will be listed. Below this will be a “PROMO CODE” box. Enter your code here and the discount will be applied to your cart immediately. Coupon codes cannot be applied during promotional periods or sale dates, nor can they be combined with any other offers.
We offer a variety of payment types (visible during checkout) and are constantly looking to add more that our customers demand.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address. If your order has not shipped, please contact our Customer Care team and they will do their best to accommodate the request.
Once an order has been placed, we cannot make any adjustments to size, color, or model.
We do not accept order cancellation requests as our fulfillment process begins once an order is placed. All confirmed orders will be subject to our standard return policy.
All sales are final but if, for any reason, you're not pleased with your purchase, you have 3 days from the delivery date of your order to submit a return request which is subject for approval in the case that it was a mistake made by the Laa Tiendaa team.
